Privacy policy

This policy explains how Nutural processes personal data supplied through the website or by email, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data-protection law.

When you contact us, we may process your name, company, email address, message and any other information you choose to provide. We use these data to reply to your enquiry and manage any pre-contractual or professional relationship. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and, where applicable, your consent.

If Google Analytics is enabled, it may collect technical and usage information such as pages visited, session data, device information and approximate location. This processing will take place only after consent and will be used to measure and improve the website.

Enquiries are not stored in a website database: they are handled by email and kept only for as long as needed to reply, manage the relationship and comply with legal obligations. Analytics data, if enabled, are retained for the period configured in Google Analytics.

4. Recipients and international transfers

Personal data are not sold or disclosed for third-party marketing. They may be accessed by technical and email providers where strictly necessary to deliver the service, and by public authorities where required by law. If analytics consent is given, Google may process data as the Google Analytics provider, including outside the European Economic Area, under the applicable safeguards. See Google's Privacy Policy.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability and withdraw consent at any time by emailing marco@nutural.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Nutural does not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects on users. This policy may be updated when legal requirements or the processing activities change.
